Copy and Paste text from Notepad++ to email....

I’m new to Notepad++ and really like it…
One issue I have is that when I copy text from a doc to another app, all text appears as a continuous string with no line or paragraph breaks.
What do I need to change in Notepad++ to have these types of formatting copied over into to another app ?Thanks,

You need to type the newlines. “Word wrap” in Notepad++ is just a display setting, there aren’t actually any newline characters unless you type them
