      I just installed the updated 7.9.1 version. I noticed that the installer wants to install Notepad++ in C:\Program Files\Notepad++.
      I have Notepad++ installed in E:\Tools\Notepad++.
      The previous installers correctly detected the install location, however the 7.9.1 version and a version prior this, defaults to C:\Program Files.
      Is there a local fix or the installer needs to be fixed?

        @Jozsef-Szasz-Fabian ,

        This was noticed back in February (see previous discussion) and an official issue was created as #7946. You might want to upvote and/or comment on the issue to try to get more traction from the developers.
