    Notepad++ always use old fonts like Tahoma for the UI and (I’m not sure) the MS Sans Serif for tabs. Is the interface expected to use the system font or the ability to custom this one?

      @Kimpa-Tammas ,

      The Windows OS controls the fonts for tab titles and menu entries.

      This discussion from May 2021 might have some useful information.

      But in general, this is a Notepad++ forum, not a Windows OS forum, so there may be better forums out there that will know more about how to customize Windows to change the fonts of GUI elements in applications.
