Abnormal scroll at end of the file

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with Notepad++ v8.1.9.2 (64-bit) on Windows 11 Pro 21H2.
By scrolling with the mouse, reaching the bottom of the file, the scroll continues beyond the last line, until only the last line is displayed at the top.
Scrolling with the arrow down on the keyboard does not cause the problem. Only with the mouse.
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Notepad++, but the problem continues. It also occurs immediately after a clean install.
Strangely, problem does not appear with portable version. Very strangeā¦
Any suggestions?

Very likely you have a setting ticked, see image below:
Check each installation you have and set it to NOT be ticked if that concerns you.
