Can the subfolders in the ‘Folder as Workspace’ to be sorted by folder name?

Those folders are actually Google Drive folders. Does it matter? -
Maybe, I don’t have a Google Drive.
But it could also be that this was introduced by a later release. Which version are you using?
I’m using 8.2.2 currently. -

I agree, Notepad+ Devs Please could you enable a sort for the “Folder As Workspace” I use this all the time.

The Notepad++ developer (there is one developer who makes all such decisions – so even if someone else does all the work, the developer has the final decision as to what gets included or not) does not look for feature requests here in the Community of Notepad++ users. Our feature request FAQ explains where to go to see the list of official feature requests, so that you can search there to see if the feature has already been requested, and if it hasn’t been asked for then you can put in a new request. But if it’s only talked about in this Forum, it will never be implemented.

IDK if it is it but there really was such a FaW sorting problem with heterogeneous network storage, which was fixed in the N++ v8.7+.
