Changed autocomplete with 8.2

Before this version one could scroll the list of suggestions and press Enter on the appropriate one. Now one has to use the mouse to select. Pressing Enter just makes a line shift.
I have enjoyed this facility for years so I really miss the function, so Is there a way around this? -

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
