Installing XML Tools on NPP 8.3.2

I need installing manually XML Tools on NPP 64 bits. So I download Xml.Tools.2.4.11.0.x64.Unicode.

Then importing XML Tools by running Npp as admin. Then restart Npp.

So XML tools is appearing in the menu but I have to install…

There are dependancies in a lib subfolder.

libiconv-2.dll
libwinpthread-1.dll
libxml2-2.dll
libxslt-1.dll
zlib1.dll

The error message is saying "Unable to load LibXML and/or libxslt.

I tried copying all files under Notepad++ or Notepad++ under appdata. But still the same error. Do I need renaming the files? Do I have a wrong version?

What sould I do?

Put those in ...\plugins\XMLTools\libs\

Why would you use such an old version? The latest is 3.1.1.12 with 3.1.1.13 a few days away.
