Bug for horizontal scrolling

This is an issue occur oftenly
The mouse I am using is logitech MX Ergo
When I press the horizontal scroll button, the page does not follow the scroll and another scroll bar appear on top of the original one.This is the original scroll bar:
This is the additional scroll bar:
No additional plugin I have installed except the originals.

have you checked the issue which describes the (same?) problem?

From this issue @Ekopalypse links to, it appears there will soon be a fix for this, probably in the release after 8.4.1.
