Install updates in same language as currently installed version

My Windows locale is fr-fr
I have Notepad++ installed in “English”.

Everytime when Notepad++ installs an update, it will default select “French” in the language dropdown, instead of keeping the language of the currently installed Notepad++ (= English)

Please fix:

• installer should pre-select dropdown with language of currently installed Notepad++ version (if installed)
• else current behavior (take the Windows locale)
