Can't visit online manual website ?

i want to visit the online manual https://npp-user-manual.org/ in browser , it show timeout , but i am able to ping this domain , anybody got same problem ?

I had hoped it was just a temporary routing issue or host server glitch. But 5 hours later, and it’s still down. I have pinged Don to take a look

Don has rebooted the VM, and now the https://npp-user-manual.org/ website is working again.
