      Since New Zealand is (one of) the first areas in the world to usher in a new day, and we are less than 11hrs from Santa arriving, let me wish one and all a very merry festive season.

      Yes I know that this business of daylight saving and time in general is just an artifical construct to keep the human race in synch with one another, but…

      So as you go about your Xmas day, share goodwill to one another, keep safe, be happy.
