Please help a shortcut to insert date ,not time+date.

Do you know how to insert the date of today with a shortcut ?
From shortcuts i have set:
date and time (reduced format) --> shift + control + D

how to insert only the date ?

Yes.

Settings > Preferences > MultiInstance & Date, define the custom format to just be the date (in whichever format you prefer), then assign a keyboard shortcut to date and time (customized) in the same way that you assigned the shortcut to date and time (short)

For example, set yyyy-MMM-dd in the preference dialog, then Edit > Insert > Date and Time (customized) (or whatever shortcut you define) will insert the date like 2023-Apr-11
