How could I move the txts in the document list:

There appears to be no drag-and-drop functionality to the Document List.
You can, however, drag-and-drop move the tabs themselves, and the order will change in the Document List.
I realize that you may be using Document List so that you don’t have to have the tabs visible, in which case the above advice clearly does not help you.

OK, so one temporarily could show the tabs for moving them.

Also, although this is not drag and drop the document list follows the tab bar and even if the tab bar is hidden you can still use the shortcuts from the tab bar to position files in the document list (down, up, start, end, …) (CTRL-SHIFT_PD, …)
