Notepad++ Cannot Print

Using NP++ 8.6 on Win 11 Home and HP Envy 7640 on Wifi.
NP++ can print to PDF but cannot print to paper; it sasys “Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problrm, 0x80040003”
However, on the same laptop using the same printer, LibreOffice Writer, Windows Notepad, Mozilla Thunderbird and Mozilla Firefox can all print to paper.
Help. Please

PS The same version of NP++ using the same printer on the same WiFi network can print to paper on Windows 10 Pro.

@PeterJones Thank you for this. I used the “reg” command shown in that discussion and it worked. What surprised me was that I did not have to be admin to do it.
