[ToolBar] Color Icons for Notepad++

Here a custom set of icons for customize the toolbar of your Notepad++. It is based in Color pack.
It is made in several resolutions: 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48

Some examples of how it looks in light and dark mode and in different sizes:
