Change the doc title font and bg color

Hi, I’m trying to change the background color and font color of the document title at the top of the page. The inactive tabs have a medium grey background and a slightly darker grey for the font. That’s makes it kinda hard to see the titles. The active document title looks fine but the inactive ones are hard to read. I can’t find a way to do that. Is there a way to do that?
