Is it possible (with addon or otherwise) To stick the "function" panel to the "other view" divider bar ?

To the right of this screenshot is the function panel I refer to

And here is what that might looklike to snap the function panel with the divider

I imagine it might work for other panels ?
Like document list, document map, folder list and the compare plus navigation bar ?
