New useful plugin (Language Selector)

Hello everyone,
So the plugin does what it says: select the programming language when you open a new empty tab.
You can also open the selection dialogue for non-empty files if you want to test another syntax highlighting or for any other reason.
The plugin is downloadable from the plugin admin. I hope you enjoy it.
