64-bit Notepad++, will this be possible anytime soon?

Hi,
I regularly need to look at multiple large, 300MB-1GB files and run into issues with Notepad++ not being able to read in larger than 350MB files. Once I have a large file in Notepad++, it can’t load another large file. In my case, I don’t need to write to the files. Will there be a 64-bit Notepad++ anytime soon?

Someone is workig a 64 bit version (don’t know how it’s progressing though).
