      Hello!

      Is it possible to have different foreground/background colors per tab? I can’t seem to make it happen if so.

        @coltrane31 ,

        The overall foreground/background setting (the “theme”) is on a per-application basis, not on a per-tab basis, so no.

        (If each file were set to a different Language, and each Language had different foreground and background, that would effectively do it, but you’d have to have customized each Language differently, because the themes try to be consistent for foreground/background across all Languages in a given Theme)

          @PeterJones,

          Thanks - that is unfortunate. Is it possible to have two versions of the app installed at the same time, such that two instances could be run with different themes?

            See the user manual for “instances”; the user manual may be accessed via your ? menu in Notepad++. There are several alternative things you could do in this regard, although to get “different fg/bg colors per tab”, it all seems a bit much to go through.
