      I have Notepad++ v6.8.1 on my laptop with Windows 10.
      I have noticed that when I have npp open my windows notifications are disabled. After a bit of testing this is what I have found:

      • It doesn’t matter if “Hide notifications while presenting” in Settings > System > Notifications & actions is enabled or not
      • Notifications are on when npp is closed, and then turned off (option is greyed out in Settings) when npp is open. As soon as I close npp the option is re-enabled

      As the problem is with the npp program and not with Windows itself I thought I’d post here and see if you cn sort out an official fix! I do rely on npp quite a bit so I’d rather not fine another text editor that doesn’t mess with windows settings.
