Opening files with Notepad++ is very long (more than 30 seconds)

Opening files is very long since one month (more than 30 seconds), especially when opening a folder to get its content.
I tried several actions : upgrading to last version, uninstall/reinstall Notepad++ but it doesnot change anything.
Please can you help me ? -
