New Notepad++ Plugin Template using Golang

Hi everyone!
I’ve created a Notepad++ plugin template in Go.

It includes:

Minimal plugin structure
Working DllMain
Menu registration
Build script

Cons:

dll size is 1mb+
no docking panel yet

If tinygo can include support for dll in windows then it make decrease dll size.
