"Please check if this file is opened in another program"

If I want to save I get the following message: “Please check if this file is opened in another program”. Notepad++ is the only program opened. Changes can not be save. Any help where to look for that “another program” or what I can do? (I have already uninstall and re install the newest version)

I like to use a program called “unlocker”. Once installed you can right click the file and it will tell you want program(s) have that file locked and you can force it to be released.
