Re-open last tab closed
-
Hi,
is there a shortcut or a menu to open an accidentally closed tab?
I have not had time to see the file name to remember where to look.Thank you.

Hi,
use “standard” shortcut(work also in web browsers etc.):
“CTRL + SHIFT + T” / Menu: File -> Restore Recent Closed File.

Thanks, I didn’t know about that feature.
On Windows, it would be nice if there was a right click undo closed tab option. It could be to undo last closed tab and/or undo closed tab for the last 10 closed tabs. I like the second suggestion best.
There could be one selection to undo last closed and then an undo closed tab from a list of recently closed tabs. Firefox does this.

Hi,
you can also use Menu: File to open recent files. Maybe customize settings in Menu: Settings -> Preferences -> Recent Files History. For example uncheck Display \ In Submenu, …
On Windows 7+ you can also use right mouse button on task bar to select recent files from jump list. It depends how you open files.
But sure you’re free to ask (maybe add new comment, not help kind) for feature like this.
Best regards,
Tomas. -
