Trouble converting text to html

I am trying to convert text to html and have been having a problem saving the file as a html file. Any settings that I need to do? Thanks

Save as html works ok for me … depends on what you mean by “converting” - it won’t put tags in there, etc. all it does it rename your file from thisfile.txt to thisfile.html
