Suppress from an html tag to an end of html tag

Hello all, I am very bad with regular expressions, and I am trying to replace :
<h1 vId=‘180’ lat=‘44.93798166833488’ lng=‘-0.34856143809815876’></h1> with “”, with of course different figures for lat and lng, and hundred of them in a file.
Any help ?

Sorry but I dont need it anymore, I found an other way to clean the text.
