NppCrypt doesn't work!

Hi all!
I’ve got a strange situation. I need to decrypt some text file and have installed (by Plugin Manager) plugin NppCrypt , but it doesn’t work! There are no windows when I call this plugin! Works only menu option “Settings” and nothing more. Can anybody tell me what’s the problem?
I’ve read here http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/nppcrypt-notepad-plugin-to-encrypt-decrypt-files-selected-text/ how must works this plugin. And even I’ve installed ver.5.9.5 as used in that text. But result is the same: plugin doesn’t work.

P.S. Excuse please for my English, but I think it better than Google Translate. :)

absolutely agreed - I think google translate is good if you try to understand
but not if you try to say something.

The problem sounds like you didn’t select any text, did you?
