    How keep tabs during deleting when set Replace tabs by spaces

      I heard, there is a convention among programmers, which tells you to replace Tabs by spaces to avoid errors and finding a non existing bug.
      But problem (to me) occurs when Backspacing to remove white spaces to get to higher indentation level. It makes me press it more times and often I’m not enough precise to make correct indentation. Therefore, exists a way to make Notepad++ remember which spaces were originally Tabs and delete them by blocks when user press Backspace ? It’s very convenient, when it would work like this.
