Scientific numbers (e/E) in User Defined Language

I try to format scientific numbers like 5e-10 and 3e15 with the options in the dialog. I tried all fields prefix, extras, and suffix but noting works.

Only the first numbers are formatted, in 5e-10 the 5 is formatted but not e-10.

@Johan-Torstensson use e as the delimiter and allow nestung with numbers.
