Hello Fellow Members! Does notepad++ have the ability to extract lines in a file, and keep the original line numbers to print, and show where the line numbers came from?

      Hello @Juan-Martinez,

I use Analyse Plugin, which has such functionality.
You do a search and in the result window you get the line number and the content.

Or use the find dialog with find all in current document.

Copy and paste it in a new document -> print it.

      Cheers
      Claudia

LineFilter2 is also nice. It extracts lines of text and copies it to a new file. It has options to keep the original line numbers. I use this all the time.
