Hi, where I can contact with main developer of N++? I want to offer some new things with UDL to make it better enough.

the main programmer, as far as I know, is Ivan Radić aka loreia but as
this functionality has been included into npp source I assume you need
to address your enhancment wishes to npp github .

Hi Scott,

I hope I don’t tread on Dons toes, but as far as I remember the UDL has been rewritten
by Ivan aka loreia, with support of Don, Chris and others, mainly, but correct me if I’m wrong.
And I have something in my mind, that Ivan is working on UDL version 3.
