Jump List not working

Hi everyone… I’m running v6.9 but having hard time getting “Jump list” to work correctly. Had this problem since last 2 version on windows 8.1 and now freshly “clean” installed windows 10… can you suggest what is wrong ?
The jump list is created but when I Click on an a file name just previously opened, it shows error : “The item you selected is unavailable”

what do you mean by jump list?
