How do I compare two notes in the tab bar? to see what has changed?

I have two documents one is the original and another is what has been changed. what do I need to do in Notepadd++ to get them to reveal what is different like side by side display.

Hello @Kevin-Randall,

the compare plugin should be able to do what you want.

Plugins->Plugin manager->Show Plugin Manager
check Compare
press install

The compare plugin gets downloaded and installed, restart of npp is needed.
