nppftp + multiInst

I run notepad++ in multiInst mode so that I can have multiple windows open for each task I’m performing. It seems that nppftp writes its profile information when notepad++ is closed because new windows don’t see profile changes unless I close the window I made the profile change in. The problem I run into is if I have multiple windows open and then make a profile change in one of them, if I close that window before closing the other windows which don’t have the profile change, those other windows overwrite that profile change when I close them.
