[Plugin Update] - NppGTags v4.1.0

Hello all,

I have released version 4.1.0 of NppGTags plugin.

Main changes:

Ctags and Pygments parsers are fully usable now. To use Pygments you’ll need to install the external Python Pygments package
Save last SearchWin RegExp and MatchCase options state
Properly position dialogs on multi-monitor setups
Omit reoccurring results (those mainly appeared when library DBs were used)
Update GTAGS binaries to v6.5.3
