Custom button error

Hi,
I am trying to create a custom button to run a macro. I read some tutorials and samples but I cant get it to work. The button always shows “error”.
I have created a macro with NPPExec and it also shows in the “macro” menu called “Python”. There is also a shortcut to this macro that works. Then I edited the customizetoolbar.btn (Python,run Python,) file and the button appears but it is grey and shows the error.
So what do I have to do? What do all the parameters in the btn file actually mean, I figured out the first, second and last one but what do the rest do? Where do I put the icon file if I want a custom icon?
