How to keep my images from moving from one place to another

I really need somebody. I just got done building my webpage. Everything is good except for one thing. When I minimize my page, all my pictures in the page seperates, or there all over the place. Even when I go to my website on my phone, the images is not in the position I set it up to be.
How do I prevent my pictures from moving when I minimize the the page or when I go on my website on any device…Please HELP!!!
