Please consider "Re-open closed tab" feature

I love Notepad++, however the one thing I miss is a “Re-open closed tab” feature similar to what Firerox offers.

you are kidding aren’t you? Npp uses the same shortcut as firefox does.

Wow, “Restore Recent Closed File” with a shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+T exists in the Shortcut Mapper indeed.
But I don’t seem to find this command anywhere else.
And here is a question: can it be added to the context menu of file tabs? (I.e. where “Close”, “Close All BUT This” and other commands are.)

File menu, 3 above “exit” (right below the recently-used file list). But I like the idea of also adding it to the Tab context menu.

not easily and officially not supported.
But you can add it to the context menu of scintilla. (edit popup context menu)
