i dont know how to fetching data needed

i have 1000 data list.
with format :email:" " name:" " city:" " address: " " .
lets say i just want to copy only name
how i can delete all data which is i dont need ?

if the lines are formatted that name part can be selected using column mode, then
put cursor infront of name, scroll down to the end of list, press SHIFT+ALT and click
to the right part of the name and this column is selected. CTRL+C to copy.If it isn’t formatted, either format it or you may think about Analyse plugin.
