Auto indent not working for Python

Hello, I am using Notepad++ version 6.9.2 and auto indentation for Python is not working. I have enabled it via the settings and set the language to Python, but auto indentation does not work, even after a fresh install and restarting my system. I am using Windows 10 64 bit.
