      hey,
for the upcoming release of notepad++ 7.0 i would like to have a new version of nppcrypt ready. i would very much appreciate it if someone found the time to download this beta version and let me know if everything works. suggestions are also welcome.

for those who don’t know: nppcrypt let’s you encrypt/decrypt data with symmetric ciphers like aes, hash data with different algorithms, generate random values and convert data between various encodings (base16, base32, base64).

btw: does anyone know what the status of the “pluginmanager” is?

The list of plugins was updated on 2016-08-18. What exactly are you referring to as “status”?

kk. sorry i wasn’t aware that it was updated relatively recently (should have googled it …). there seemed to be some delays or rather uncertainties about the update frequency in the past. anyways are there plans for a x64 bit version?

It’s been a concern of mine too since there is no schedule or announcement. Went about a year with no update then this one randomly shows up. And haven’t heard anything at all about a 64 bit version.

FYI, some improvements are in the make, see @Dave-Brotherstone’s comment here.
