Lost unsaved file in Notepad++ though have 7 seconds save, and backup folders files are older.

I want to get the closed unsave file from notepad++ file, I’ve found in the backup folder its’ very old. I need an hour ago file to recover. it on the settings says it every 7 minutes backup, is any one had this problem before on windows 7 ?

my backup works almost fine, I believe notepad++ save all files, even the new files without name, after a particular time, like 30 minutes. I don’t know exactly. I lost recently a file, I had 4 new unsave files.
