How to paste specific text

Hi,
I’m working on many text files and must paste specific text in it.
It is not one specific text. I would like to have a simply choice of text that paste.
I try copy that specific text from file (using macro) but this not working.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
Any advice? -
You could try the Snippets or SnippetPlus Plugins.
