Save search and replace criteria

there are find and find/replace combination I use pretty often.
Is there a way of saving a find setting or a find/replace combination to re-use it multiple times?
I know Macros would do the trick, but I’d need somethig that would also allow to make small changes to the find/replace settings.Thank you

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
