SnippetPlus not showing new snippets until restart.

When I add a new snippet into SnippetPlus it doesn’t show in the list or in a search or anything until I restart the program.When I installed the plugin first time it said Installation failed but when I restarted the program the plugin was there. Do I have to do it all er again and if so How do I save all the new plugins I have created already?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
