[Plugin Update] Elastic Tabstops v1.1

Elastic Tabstops v1.1 has been released which adds the ability to convert tabstops to spaces. Also fixes a few minor bugs.
For those unfamiliar with this plugin, it implements Nick Gravgaard’s Elastic Tabstops. This stretches tabs and aligns adjacent lines.
