Remove from context menu

I recently hacked my windows “edit” option in the context menu via regedit so now it uses notepad++ as the default program. Is there any way to remove the “edit with notepad++” line from the context menu as now it is redundant?

this should be available in the registry as well.

I don’t have a windows installation therefore I cannot say for sure.
I would try to run a search for “edit with notepad++” using regedit.
