notepad++ sometimes loses its undo history

Hello, my notepad++ sometimes loses its undo history. That’s very annoying. I have experienced this on different computers. I’m using the portable version 7.2.2.
It seems like of some kind of a feature-bug as it will reproducable empty the history under this condition:
Edit step 1 (saved):
titleEdit step 2 (saved):
title2Edit step 3 (saved):
titleWhen I reach step 3 he will empty the history, if I switch to another window like for testing in browser.

I don’t understand your description but one way to lose the UNDO history is when file is updated by external app and NPP reloads it.
