Find-in-files result - cannot navigate to found files

After finding in all files, I cannot navigate to found strings by clicking individual files in the search results pane.
My co-worker can do this, but it doesn’t work in my installation. We don’t see any preferences that would affect this. I updated to 7.3.1 (64 bit) and it still doesn’t work.
How can I access this feature?

A shot in the dark.
Stop npp.
Rename %APPDATA%\notepad directory
Restart npp and retest the behavior.
If it isn’t solved - post the debug-info found under ? menu.Cheers
